“Planting Mindfulness” for Stress Reduction

Individual or Group Sessions. Designed for people of all ages and abilities. Participants engage in mindful practices, such as deep breathing, sensory observation, and grounding exercises, all while being surrounded by nature. Individuals are encouraged to focus on their immediate surroundings – the sights, smells, sounds, and textures of the natural world – while gently letting go of distractions and thoughts. The process helps enhance focus and cultivate a sense of peace and well-being. 

Mindfulness-based practice and nature synergize seamlessly. While each offers significant health benefits individually, their combination creates an unparalleled synergy for enhancing well-being. As a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator, Kelly Warnick harnesses this and offers the practice of mindfulness in a unique, inspiring setting for Horticulture 4 Health group participants.
